Method:
  1. Take a pan and heat oil in it on a medium to high flame.

  4. Add water and allow the mixture to come to boil. Cover the pan with a lid and allow the veggies to cook on low to medium flame.

  7. Now, lower the flame and cook until the mixture turns creamy and thick.
